we did not want to leave there and would stay here again. everything was nice in the hotel. location: the property was near to the centro. had tea and goodies at place de paris, nestled 1 mi of the hotel. the employees at the venue were superbly friendly.

The location of the property was perfect and convenient as we were so close to a main square with tons of food stands, and the ferry terminal.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable with impeccably clean rooms and private bathrooms. The variety of food for breakfast was excellent. The property is in a favorable location near the ADO bus terminal and lovely parks to explore. Loved the Downtown Cancun district.

Looking for an affordable place in downtown? Hotel Casa Mallorca is perfect! Easy to reach the hotel zone with public transport, and a cozy square right next door. Several bars and restaurants nearby. Clean, spacious rooms and wonderful staff. The family-run hotel made me feel at home. Highly recommended!

The owners of Casa Mallorca were incredibly kind and welcoming. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room we stayed in had a beautiful swan towel display, adding a charming touch to our stay. The AC worked perfectly and the shared bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The husband even woke up at 4am to wait with us for our taxi, showing true dedication to their guests. The location was ideal, away from the touristy resorts and in the heart of a local neighborhood. The WiFi worked flawlessly throughout our stay. I highly recommend Casa Mallorca for its warm hospitality and comfortable accommodations.

I got great value for my money at Casa Mallorca. The room was stylish and comfortable with effective air conditioning and comfortable bed linen. The location was perfect with convenient access to taxis, buses, and a nearby convenience store. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, even with our limited Spanish-speaking abilities.

I had a wonderful stay at a hidden gem in downtown Cancun. The hotel is located on a charming, small street with easy access to food stands, restaurants, and bars. The room I was upgraded to was huge and immaculately clean. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel also had good WiFi and a good TV. The location was perfect for exploring Ciudad Cancun and was also close enough to the hotel zone. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.
